Lianhe Zaobao Wine Review Challenge 2006 has wrapped up with positive reviews for both Gala Dinner and Public Tasting. Tuck Lee Ice provided Wine Ice Towers, Ice Pedestal and Ice Installation of the Wine Review Challenge Book for the VIPs to unveil for the public.
Tuck Lee Ice assisted and supported the Chinatown Business Association and Society of Professional Chefs which created the Tallest Ice Kachang Ever Made which went into the Book for Singapore Records that was cover by the MediaCorp News on that night.
May-June 2006 Tuck Lee premise had a massive meltdown with models and hot swimwear as our old school block ice plant was used for a fashion photo-shoot which was feature on the cover of Men’s Folio magazine.
Our Ice installations were featured for beer-drinking competition in S-11 outlet at Hougang to promote Oktoberfest in heartland areas. We manage to freeze the ice with clarity and precision timing so that the beers were drinkable by the contestants.
